Responsibilities


  • Responsible for supporting local users as directed by the Service Desk. Supports the Operations Department in implementing local projects and dealing with local suppliers.
  • Redirect or escalate local support requests to the Service Desk.
  • Provide local technical support for requests from the Service Desk for all local hardware, software and associated peripherals.
  • Keep users informed of case progress and close resolved incidents.

SAP BASIS ADMINISTRATOR

The SAP Basis Administrator must have demonstrated oral and written communication skills as well as experience in presenting technical architecture and recommendations. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive written technical administration policies, standards, and procedures and must have experience in communicating to various level of client management. The SAP Basis Administrator must also have demonstrated experience in collaborating with functional and technical development teams and experience in working with third party vendors and client technical infrastructure teams. Additional requirements and core competencies are outlined as follows:
Required Skills
  • At least 2 years in SAP Basis administration, including 1 full lifecycle implementation work experience
  • Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate with various people and organizations in an effort to develop win/win results.
  • High level of proficiency and understanding of information technology and the linkage between business processes, people and systems.
  • SAP Basis Administration within ECC 6.0 or higher:

  • administers databases
  • administers portal/java systems
  • monitors and ensure performance of SAP systems
  • Installation and administration of SAP R/3, BW, and Solution Manager

Sejalan dengan kebijakan nasionalisasi eks perusahaan-perusahaan Belanda, pada tahun 1958 pemerintah melebur sejumlah perusahaan farmasi menjadi PNF Bhinneka Kimia Farma. Selanjutnya pada tanggal 16 Agustus 1971 bentuk hukumnya diubah menjadi Perseroan Terbatas, menjadi PT Kimia Farma (Persero). Sejak tanggal 4 Juli 2001 Kimia Farma tercatat sebagai perusahaan publik di Bursa Efek Jakarta dan Bursa Efek Surabaya.

Kualifikasi:
  • Pria  usia maximum  =  35 Tahun
  • Pendidikan  minimal  S1 di Biadang IT
  • Menguasai : OOP, SQL Server, VB. Net Program, Hardware, Software  dan network
  • Pengalam minimal  3 Tahun sebagai IT manager
  • Memiliki leadership cukup baik
  • kemampuan bahasa inggris pasif
